We finally found perfect land for the project!
Just amazing – it was the very first option we saw, when we started our searching. Absolutely everything indicated that it is “our” land: perfect location, amazing mountain landscape and ocean view, all documents available (it is rare here), reliable seller-foreigner from Switzerland (we have wonderful contact from the very first sight) and, the main sign, goosebumps and tears. But our mind shut intuition: “Common, you need to search for better, it is not reasonable to choose first one!” So we spent 2 more months for exploring lands in 20-km radius, communicated with lots of real estate agents and sellers (using our poor Portuguese). All this time the Universe was patiently waiting for our insight: the best option was given as a gift on the very start to save our time and energy!
Well, ok, at last you will see real video reportage! Stop listening to our sweet-talking and watching our same faces – catch sunny video of future GRAVITA&GRAVITACIA’s location/ Oh, God! This land perfectly matches our project! 20Ha of natural park, where we have everything, we could only dream of: relict Atlantic forest, mountain rivers, green hills, ocean view, working restaurant and central house for diagnostic and education, couple of ready houses, to boot. Together with owners Dario&Chris and architector Dani we explore future domain (it’s no big deal that we have none of 2 million US dollars for purchase yet), cut through mangroves with machete, drink water from mountain stream. We fell in love with this land! You are amazing!
