So, our land was found, we have confessed in love already. Now the time of drawing has come. We found local pro (English-speaking!), who specializes in eco projects like ours. We want to order first draft of housing and infrastructure, that’s for we came to the meeting in café. We confess, we behaved as suckers: didn’t translate contract from Portugal in advance, but already paid 50% of the fee ($600 of $1200). Yeah, we are quite entrepreneurs. But – it is what it is, we are like that. At least, the video appeared to be very funny.
Well, first money went to the project, first signature was put by Kolya’s shaking hand, we’ve broken the ice!!!
